Legal Matters:
PBO Benefits Society seeks to facilitate 'projects' that are run by PBO Members.
The projects will be run primarily for the benefit of PBO Members but the benefits may also extend - "for the benefit of all".
Members are given the opportunity to access additional benefits and these are provided by one of the founders of PBO trading as 'Get to the Top'.
All these services are provided 'outside of the main focus of PBO Benefits Society' and subsequently all 'Terms and Conditions' relating to these services are provided by 'Get to the Top' and not by PBO Benefits Society.
PBO Benefits Society concern themselves with supporting their members in running projects that are in line with their 'Philosophy and Pledge' and, subsequently, all legal aspects and insurances are provided in relation to these projects and not to any additional services that are provided as additional options.
