If you have not completed the form in full correctly then this will be identified when our human office staff process your application and may result in your application being rejected.

THIS IS PART 2 - THE CONTRIBUTIONS PART:

The amount you contribute is optional (minimum £50.00) and 100% of your contribution goes towards your project costs - not to PBO Executives or staff etc.
We have tried to simply this consideration with some options below, however, you may also choose to contribute any amount over £50.00. If it is a larger contribution or if you wish to consider supporting PBO as an organisation, so we can expand - please contact us.
